George wrote the book on the cross-pick style of flat picking and made it famous with his work with our favorite all time bluegrass band, the Stanley Brothers. George continues to be active as a picker doing guest appearances with many of the current crop of fine "bluegrassers", as well as doing workshops, videos, and recordings. His latest CD "The Legend Continues" is a shop favorite.
